Hitting 100 Followers
In Medium terms, this is the magic number 100 Followers. With this, you get to actually join the Partner program. This opens access to a lot of resources. But I promise you, achieving this feat is not easy task.
First off, Medium doesn’t have the user base of an app like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Twitter. Counts here are lower so the amount of people you can actually reach is lower. This doesn’t mean it’s impossible. Actually, a lot of people do achieve this quite easily.
There are couple of ways you can achieve this; you could join a community on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or whatever social media you are on. With these, you can network and grow you following alongside getting more reads and claps.
You could do a follow for follow. With this, you get to grow your following as well as helping other grow too. This is most popular for small accounts and newcomers. If you haven’t done this before, I advise you to try it out.
Stay very active on Medium and get noticed. With this strategy, you can achieve any feat. If you get noticed for the right reasons and you add value to the community and impact lives, you can even hit 1 million in following.
Fun fact I started writing on medium about a week ago, during this time, I haven’t achieved much. I finally had my first few followers and couple of claps. This makes me want to write even more.
I am not as active on medium as i would like to be, but I am working on that. I post 2 times weekly which is very small in Medium terms but I try to achieve a superior quality of content on every post. So personally, I think achieving 100 followers will be a challenge; but one I am up to.
There is no secret or shortcut to this. I am good at doing It stuff like coding, so basically i could spam followers and claps. But honestly, that would be taking a shortcut or cheating which isn’t proper and competitive because you don’t get to push yourself and know how good truly you are. I don’t truly get cheaters. I know some people just do it fun because they good at it. So yeah, I cheat but i hope you don’t get caught.
It’s been a great time being here ultimately grinding is the only way too hit 100 followers. There is no short cut. I am on my way to hitting that too, so guys see you at the 100 followers mark.
