I Find My Peace (A Love Poem)

And in these trying moments when I needed someone to rely on, you stood right next to me like a rock on which a solid foundation will be built on. Knowing you will always be there right next to me lets me rest easy at night despite my fears. I look around and there is nothing I can recognize bet from you right next to me. Its only on you I count on you in my times of hardness and joy to right next to me in you I find my peace.

You are the only name I call when I lose my way trying to get back home. I know you will hear me through the storm and the heavy rains. Knowing you will always come through keeps me at easy and i can always trust in you. Don’t let me go wrong without pointing out the right direction. So, when the end reaches and my fears consume me, I know will always be there for me looking me straight into the eyes with words of encouragement. In you I find my peace.

I’m certain you will never let me down. You inspire me above my wildest dreams. You’ve felt every tear that I have cried, and you’ve done your part for that i am eternally grateful. I am ready for all live brings now knowing you are right next to me watching over me like a shadow in the dark. Peace once a concept i count find, but now I live in its abundance because I found. You could have been anywhere else in the world, but you choose to be right next to me for in you I find my peace

To be at peace doesn’t mean being in a place rid of noise, but a place where you can smile honestly and be proud of the old scars. Long ago i was on a quest to find peace, and I think I finally found it.
