You Are Not Special; No One Is

LOL ……… I am not special; I am a piece of work. A work in progress that know he will never achieve perfection. I am not special in any way more than you currently reading this, I am an organic matter decaying same as everyone else.

If you ever think your kid, wife, husband, parents or whatever or whoever you hold onto is special, then you are gravely mistaken. People seem special because of the attachment we have towards them. If that kid wasn’t yours, I bet you wouldn’t probably give a f**k. He will be just another kid. Your girlfriend seems special because you just haven’t met all girls on earth. If you had the opportunity to meet all every girl her age on earth, you wouldn’t think your girlfriend or boyfriend is special.

“My kid plays soccer so well; he is the first in our family to do that. He will be a great baller in the future. He must be special.” Hell, NO he is not special. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but there are far more better people at soccer than him.

I am in no way trying to knock your dreams but rather make you aware of the fact that for you to succeed you need to work extra hard to ward off competition from extremely skilled individuals such as yourself. So quit thinking you are special and start grinding to be.
